Dad's Day at the Drillers Game!

Our class celebrated Dad's Day with a baseball game at the Driller's Stadium! Thanks to a wonderful family in our class, we were treated to the game in style, watching from a suite! The class agreed it was one of the BEST days of school all year! We LOVE our DADS!!!

Spring has Sprung

 Spring has sprung in our classroom! Baby chicks, bugs, spring weather...it has all been happening in our class.  This is a great time of year to enjoy nature's very own science lessons.  We had three baby chicks hatch in our class.  We are watching tadpoles daily to see if we will have frogs soon.  Our ceiling is full of rainclouds and our boards have bugs crawling all over them. We love going for bug hunts looking for ALL types of bugs.  One thing is for sure our students are enjoying SPRING!

Happy Easter from the classroom!

Our class has been hopping all week long! We had a fun Easter week in our classroom.  We sorted jellybeans, added chocolate, painted Easter eggs, and of course had an Easter egg hunt! We loved learning the story of Easter and sharing it with our families.
